How the shredding service process works:

Step 1– Book online or ring our office to deliver/pick up lockable security bins/archive size boxes/E-Waste/Pre-Paid bags.

Step 2- We deliver/pick up documents from customer’s premises. We come to your door/office floor.

Step 3- You place documents to be shredded into our lockable security bins, you can leave staples, paper clips, paper fasteners or bulldog clips. We shred the lot!  The bins are then transported in a GPS tracked vehicle by our driver with federal police check.

Step 4- Documents get delivered to our secure shredding premises.

Step 5– Documents get put through an industrial shredder.

Step 6- Paper is 100% recycled and made into copy paper, toilet paper, etc.

Step 7- A Certificate of Destruction is issued confirming that all documents/ materials were destroyed included with your invoice at no extra cost.
