Our trading terms shall form part of the contract which governs the relationship between you and SecureM Pty Ltd, T/as SecureM & Complete Document Disposal.
CASUAL/ONCE-OFF SERVICE: As advised on ordering, CASUAL SERVICE bin(s) are available for 14 days free of rental fee, from date of delivery. When the bin(s) are full, it is your responsibility to call or email SecureM –Ph: 1300 66 11 77 to organize collection, if this is not done, you will be charged a rental fee of $ 25.00 + GST per week for each bin until the bin(s) are collected by SecureM.
When ordering 25kg bags a minimum 3 bags per delivery/ minimum 3 bags per pickup – ONLY PAPER BASED documents.
Bags that are overfilled and not securely closed will not be collected.
SCHEDULED/ REGULAR SERVICE: All regular service customers with EXTRA BIN(S) ,security bins need to be returned to us within 14 days from date of delivery as rental fees apply after 14 days. Please note this service is different to your regular/scheduled or On-Call service you currently use, because you are an existing customer we will charge the same rate as your current service.
Due to reduced rates for regular exchanges, out of mutual goodwill we require the service be maintained for at least a 12-month term.
Scheduled/ regular exchange services will be charged normal rate if the customer does not allow the driver to change over the bin(s) ie; not available/ not full, we will charge for the visit either way.
ON-CALL SERVICE: For an On-Call service, security bin(s) need to be exchanged at least once every 26 weeks.
Any bin(s) that have not been exchanged in each 26 week period, you will be invoiced either way.
BINS/ ARCHIVE BOXES/ BAGS – PAPER ONLY – Staples and paper clips bull clips are OK.
NO PLASTICS/ PLASTIC SLEEVES ,NO MEDIA (CD’s, DVD’s, FLOPPY) (unless a bin has been booked specifically for media or X-rays), NO HARD DRIVES OR X-RAYS. NO wet or dangerous goods, biological waste or food is to be placed in the bin(s)/box(es) or bags.
A contamination fee of $100.00 + GST per bin/box/bag will be charged.
BILLING: Please note, we invoice on bin delivery, NOT on pickup.
We reserve the right to amend pricing at any time. Notice may or may not be provided.
Always include Invoice number as a reference when making EFT payments to SecureM.
We do not issue statements.
In the event where your overdue account is referred to a collection agency and/or law firm, you will be liable to pay SecureM all actual costs, expenses or disbursements incurred by SecureM on a full indemnity basis as well as all unpaid outstanding invoices in relation to the collection or attempted collection of all overdue amounts.
STOP IDENTITY THEFT, we strongly advise to keep the security bin(s) with documents in a safe/locked location while awaiting collection by SecureM. (do not leave bin(s) outside and key in lock at any time)
Due to OH&S please make sure 240ltr bin(s) are on ground level if there is no lift available on day of collection.
Missed delivery/ pickup fee will be charged at $50+GST if bin(s)/boxes/bags/other are scheduled for exchange or booked for collection and not available to be collected.
If the bin(s) are damaged or not returned for any reason, you will be charged $130.00+GST per bin. – lost padlock $25.00+GST, lost keys $25.00+GST).
We reserve the right to cancel or postpone any service, delivery, pickup or otherwise as required. We reserve the right to utilise third party agents if required.
As we remain dedicated to continuously improving the quality and efficiency of our services while reducing waste and enhancing productivity, we have established partnerships with industry peers and service providers. These collaborations allow us to tap into the resources of our partner providers and contractors, giving us the flexibility and efficiency that we couldn’t achieve on our own.
Making driver wait: In the event that for any reason whatsoever our driver is required to wait beyond the normal ten (10) minutes to deliver or collect bin/boxes/bags/other, a waiting time fee will be charged at the rate of $30.00 + GST, per quarter hour or part thereof – charged in 15 minutes blocks, after the first ten (10) minutes.
Whilst SecureM Pty Ltd shall use its reasonable endeavour to keep to any agreed delivery or collection schedule, SecureM shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from any failure to supply or any delay in delivery or collection, non-delivery or miss-delivery for the goods or services in whole or part to the customer howsoever occasioned and whether due to any negligence or other act, default or omission of SecureM.
SecureM reserves the right to make any changes to the terms and conditions at any time.
