Non-Secure Recycling and Secure Document Bins: Don’t make the mistake.

We are finding that many of our clients have their security bin next to a recycling bin in same area. Often near their copying machine.

You need to know that many times we discover non-secure recycling bins contain confidential documents that should be in a shredding bin. Mistakes can and do happen and your staff may be putting documents in the wrong bin.

To avoid putting documents in the wrong bin, we suggest that you only keep a secure shredding bin by your copier so there is no doubt where documents should be put.
